It’s easy to overlook or forget when employee training is required and needs updating. It is your duty as an employer to monitor the training needs of all your employees. Our health and safety training matrix will give you total peace of mind in the knowledge that everything will be kept current and up to date.
The statement below is taken from section 2 of The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
It shall be the duty of every employer to ensure: Provision of such information, instruction, training and supervision as is necessary to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, the health and safety at work of his employees.
At Firstline Safety Training using our health and safety training matrix we can monitor, review, plan, organise and carry out all your relevant training required for each employee. We will ensure all your company records and operative training needs are up-to-date and monitored on a monthly basis.
We will inform you approximately 28 days prior to all training expiry dates and book the relevant training courses. This will give you complete peace of mind and ensure your records are up to date thus avoiding the embarrassment of being turned away from work or the unexpected visit from the Health & Safety Inspector.
We will require all your company employee training details, copies of current certificates, CSCS / CPCS plant operator cards etc. We will use the information to build a health and safety training matrix enabling us to regularly monitor and update your employee training requirements
